On Cyberpolar, progress preservation is entirely automatic. Upon your first visit, a unique secret agent identifier (e.g., AGENT-XXXXXX) is assigned and displayed at the top of your screen. All resolved cases, discovered leads, and scores are saved locally and silently synchronized in the background to our secure servers. To resume progress on a different device, simply enter this unique ID in the 'Account Restoration' section within your Profile page.
